BlueWren Connections is a boutique consultancy dedicated to empowering corporate and regional communities, teams, and individuals to unlock their full potential and extend their sphere of influence. Established with a passion for fostering growth and innovation, we specialise in providing dynamic, creative, and energised solutions to help our clients achieve their goals and expand their capacities.

Heather Ellis

Founder and Director of BWC. BSW UQ, GDipAgr, DipBM

Heather is a community leader, social worker and changemaker driven by her creativity, energy and collaborative spirit. As the Founder and Director for BlueWren Connections, Heather strengthens communities, teams and individuals who want to develop their internal capacity and expand their
influence.

Heathers passion for regional Australia stems from 30 years on the land as a primary producer. Now living in Brisbane, and affecting further change in corporate Australia, she is proving her effectiveness in leading and implementing change in organisations and in creating value through partnerships and collaboration. Her skills include organisational capacity building, strategic planning program design, training, group facilitation and research projects.

Jonas Ogonowski

Facilitator at BWC. DipEd, BA (Psych), Cert 4 PC, MCCP.

Jonas Ogonowski has over 10 years experience as a counsellor, coach and community educator helping people become more capable, connected and fulfilled. Jonas has volunteered on independent school boards and professional development committees in the Greater Brisbane region and is driven to help
leaders and communities grow capacities they need to thrive in a changing world.
